Despite having all the required legal documents, they refused to open the account, effectively blocking access to funds needed to pay out heirs. The lack of support, transparency, and basic customer service has caused unnecessary delays and stress during an already difficult time. I expected a reputable bank to have more professionalism when dealing with estates. Extremely disappointed

At this point all I was interested in was closing my account and Kyle was so kind and understanding. Honestly if every employee I had interacted with through out this struggle had the professionalism and customer service skills that Kyle displayed today my problem would probably have been solved months ago.
