No professionalism to speak of. It’s shocking to receive such poor treatment when you have been giving them your money to invest with for the last 10 years. Find a different branch or a new bank altogether. Google TD bank scandal, it will explain a lot.

I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the staff personable and welcoming, but the young woman helping me, Ambrosia, went above and beyond to assist me after I was unable to get the bonus I wanted online! All the staff I interacted with were so sweet, it is a clean and welcoming environment, and I’m very happy I gave them a chance :)
