- DSDont Tip The ScaleOct 15, 20251.0I do not recommend doing business with this bank. The Customer Service is a pathetic disgrace. The call center agents definitely fell asleep somewhere in training. Especially when it comes to learning about tone and inflection, these two things will tell on you every single time. Get it together TD Bank!!! You really need to provide better coaching/training on how to properly and professionally handle customers on the phone.

I spoke to two different customer service representatives and both are gutter rude. It obviously starts with management. If they are ever unfortunate enough to be in a total loss accident - God strike them.
