- DSDont Tip The ScaleSep 20, 20251.0This bank is an absolute disgrace. I am a fairly new with TD. The Customer Service is utterly atrocious and horrendous. No one from the Call Center agents to the Customer Service Manager were helpful with resolving issue. My problem initiated at the branch when they're Member Services rep screwed up with my bank card. TD Bank made the mistake now I'm the one whose has to pay for it. Terrible
