The team there is stellar. It does not offer the same services as some other major banks, which I think is the reason for most of the negative feedback. I love the high-yield saving account option as well.

Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review. I've been calling all day and got no response every time I've talked to a customer specialist they've not been able to answer any of my questions or anything like that I have been calling.
