Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review. I've been calling all day and got no response every time I've talked to a customer specialist they've not been able to answer any of my questions or anything like that I have been calling.

I am always greeted by name, and treated with courtesy. Lynn is always especially helpful. As for the person who complained about a hold on a large deposit, every bank I have ever used always does that. It shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.
