She then helped me by preventing money from being transferred from my account, protected my account from being recognized as a scammer, and helping me report an account related to the scam all within a reasonable time frame. Thank you for protecting your customer and I wish you a blessed day.

We were very frustrated as this was our second stop made at a Wells Fargo branch to resolve this issue. The other branch at the beach was crowded and we would have missed a very important appointment to return to the branch later in the day when someone was available. Fortunately for us, we stopped by the 3rd Street branch and Eva actively listened to our issue then went over and beyond to address our needs. We were able to get our issues resolved and keep our scheduled appointment with a valued client. She was a joy to work with. We will definitely keep coming back to Wells Fargo.
