  I tried to get a wire thru, online, to my son, for 2 days now, so he could get a car for Christmas. Teller was crabby and would not give me my account number without a fight, argument. Got disturbed and left my ID at the bank, need to drive back there and retrieve it during banking hours, they will not mail it. The Inverness Personal Banker allowed me to ventilate. Upon arrival home, I tried to wire out, online, again, and only $25k of my wire would go thru, they put limits on YOUR money. Next day was told I had to wait another half day, they only allow another wire each 24 hours, precisely. Then, after 28 hours of wait, the balance of my wire did not wire out/thru. Next, I called their 800 number and someone in the Philippines said my wire ability was "blocked." I asked why and if she would undo it, she did not know and said she was unable to unblock. I went to another branch in Orlando and they wired the balance of funds later that day, the manager said my wire ability was "Not Blocked". Am looking for another bank or credit union. Next, I need to get money to my other son, he also needs a car for Christmas. A personal banker at Truist said, why don't you simply buy a certified check and deposit it into your son's WF account? Nobody at WF suggested that, most everyone at WF was unhelpful. Have been charged $70 for 2 partial wires to date, when a cashiers check would have been only $10. Ultimately I discovered the $70 in wire charges had been reversed, probably due to my posting on this site about the poor service. Thank you.

  Great service. But, they need to have the waiting chairs cleaned (they smell).

  A few weeks ago I became a member of Wells Fargo and I accidentally put the wrong account number in my account and when I came in a lady here told me there was nothing they could do about it. Two weeks later I came back and spoke with Jacob crysel and immediately he resolved my issue. I am overly thankful for his help !

  I have been a client of this bank since 1986 and I will say I have NEVER had a real problem with this bank. I've read a lot of posts that were negative in some respects. I look at it this way, if you can sit in a fast food line for 20-30 minutes you can sit and wait for your turn to be seen by a banker. When there is a power outage and you arrive and the branch is closed don't blame the bankers. Go to another Wellsfargo bank and get taken care of what you have intended to get done at the bank you normally go to. It doesn't mean that all of them are down could be only in that area. OR call ahead and check before you venture out. Thank You Wells Fargo for all you do. ❤️
