Two weeks later I came back and spoke with Jacob crysel and immediately he resolved my issue. I am overly thankful for his help !

I've read a lot of posts that were negative in some respects. I look at it this way, if you can sit in a fast food line for 20-30 minutes you can sit and wait for your turn to be seen by a banker. When there is a power outage and you arrive and the branch is closed don't blame the bankers. Go to another Wellsfargo bank and get taken care of what you have intended to get done at the bank you normally go to. It doesn't mean that all of them are down could be only in that area. OR call ahead and check before you venture out. Thank You Wells Fargo for all you do. ❤️
