Went in there to change a few things and get access to my mobile account and he was very helpful, polite, and even explained things when I didn't quite understand. Overall satisfied here where as I'm left disappointed at most other Truists'
- ISIng SedOct 19, 20211.0Worse customer service I ever had. Hold up your money for 10 days. Even if they already cashed the check at the other bank. Bank representative will insinuate that the check looks like home printed check even if it’s a check mailed from a bank. Or accuse you of possible fraud because they have never heard of that bank name, then refuse to call bank to confirm it’s an actual legit bank.
