Following the closure of our local branch in Indialantic, I began shlepping up to Eau Gallie to make weekly check deposits for my business. Unfortunately recently, the branch would not even let me deposit my checks without signing each. I've never had this issue before and they normally just stamp the stack. Note, I deposit a large volume of checks. Teller, Akia, and Branch Manager, Jose Ortiz, were extremely unhelpful and rude. Never once have I ever had this issue in the years I've been a customer. I will be moving my business elsewhere. It is shame to see how far downhill the service quality has gone. Try to deposit funds into their institution into my own account, and not even allowed to do that without jumping through hoops.

It’s sad that people would even trust putting a Money account with them! They basically look like when they change to the Wells Fargo sign. It’s just ugly colors and irrelevant!
