    You get basic of the basic and constant lectures of going online…. Excuse me ladies but you know online is a huge pain and takes too long ….sometimes people need bank statements or anything it may be sooner and it’s your job to be pleasant about it without the “you know you could have done this ….instead right” in an unpleasant rude manor every time Leave me alone and get what I need I should t have to feel the need to defend my reasoning to a bank clerk life is challenging enough Changing banks asap I’m so over this drama

    They do not deserve one star. Been banking for over thirty years with them, back when they were Sun Bank. I had an issue today with them and was provided the worst customer service on the phone and in the branch. It is a huge pain but I will be moving my money elsewhere, they were wanting to know the purpose of my withdrawal and made it very difficult for me to move $1500.00 dollars, you would have thought it was 1.5 billion!
