    This is the worst bank that I have ever used in my life at 50 years old. It is always a bad experience at this branch on fivay road. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes without a single word.Said to me so I go inside to find out what's going on and a girl name.D rebecca disrespectful as can be , i tell her. That they needed more help in there.And her answer.Was you don't think that I already know that and I need to be more patient and then after I got irritated with her remark refused to give me my money that they are holding in their establishment. Pathetic service pathetic customer service by Rebecca.I will be taking my money out of that bank.Very soon

    Horrible Experience...opened a new account at Hudson, Fl. location because it was nearby to make cash deposits from my business. They lost my cash deposits on day 1 (still don't know how that was possible) and after a month, am still waiting to be "mailed" my money after numerous calls to customer services. Do Not Make the same mistake I did in trusting this institution with my money... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

    John, the branch lead, was awesome in trying to help me get an issue resolved . Very friendly, accommodating, went above and beyond. Great service. Glad to see there are still humans that want to help you out 🙂
