- MAMelissa AndersonDec 11, 20251.0Went to ATM and proceed to take my cash inside to get quarters and was told can’t get quarters unless you have an account strange to me not from these parts will be here for quite a while, but definitely but I won’t be banking here ever I don’t find this branch or this bank to be helpful to. have a policy so silly made me quite angry and I would have been in that bank quite a bit considering I needed quarters quite often which would’ve made a possibility for me to branch with this company so your company lost a client and you’ve got now another bad review. Seems like you have a lot of these. Adding to review? Simply not hearing back from you also shows what kind of a bank you are very sad. I'm still here and still in need for quarters. Amazing That such bad customer service could actually exist to not even respond to a reviews.

I opened up our account a few years ago and everyone has been so pleasant and professional every time I’ve gone in or gone through the drive-through. I can’t speak for the ATM because I haven’t used it. And comments about being annoyed at the holds that are put on those large checks are ridiculous… that’s common practice no matter where you bank.
