- DMDiana MarcusNov 19, 20191.0Worst Staff and customer service, they would not let me deposite cash into the account and made me go buy money orders since they said it was for security matters but they could not give me an explanation, on top of that they held the money from an extra day, even if it was deposite in a money order so I had to pay late fees on the transaction I was trying to make due to an useless bank! They could not give me a clear explanation why they were conducting business that way, they best I got was “I don’t know, I just started working here two months ago” unbelievable and very unprofessional! DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE, definitely not convenient and a big headache!
