Ive had an issue with my safety deposit box for 6 months now.... still waiting for them to get the company out that repairs/replaces locks. Staff is rude and seems bothered to do their jobs!

- CCChristine Becker (Chris)Aug 19, 20251.0It would be difficult to find a business that was run less efficiently than this one. Honestly, there was not a single redeeming quality of this place. I came in just to make a cash deposit, and it took 45 minutes. The ATM was broken. They were people hanging from the rafters fixing cameras. And there were three tellers but as soon as the line got longer one went to lunch. No one from management came out to help at the busiest time of the day, whereas an efficient business model would have someone providing coverage at the counter while everyone is in the bank trying to get their business taken care of. Honestly it was pretty awful. I would never recommend this bank to anyone if they hope to get in and get out.
- GRGeorge ReevesAug 9, 20254.0At first I was a little upset with my appointment because I was with my son waiting to open a teen account and was not greeted by anyone. Then a few more people arrived (maybe 30 -40mins after me) and a bank employee finally came out greeting all of the new arrivals before my son and I. Nevertheless I was upset but determined to get my son's account opened so I waited and was told that my advisor would be with me shortly. Each of the customers who arrived after me were seen and had left before I even was seen. Again angrily I waited when the other advisor (not scheduled to see me) asked if she could help. She not only opened my son's teen account but she made us both feel like thee most important customers ever. This made what was an angry experience a truly amazing one. That branch needs to commend Katherine Serrano. She is truly one of the good people on this earth. I really appreciate her for making this initial message of anger and disappointment into one of perseverance and patience. We should've never been put in this uncomfortable situation but Katherine helped ease the tension
