  There are several issues with this branch. From arriving at the bank, it was raining and the front of the building is submerged in water as the gutters push all of the water to the entryway of the building. Upon entering, there was no customer waiting but when I had an issue and needed a dba name added to my account the representative told me he could not assist me and I needed to make an appointment. I said but you have no one here and his response was we are booked. There was no one waiting and it takes 5-10 minutes to handle my request yet he refused to help instead insisted that I come back another day. At this point I felt slighted as he clearly had the time to help me but was refusing so I told him he was not providing adequate customer service. He said he was sorry I felt that way but insisted again that I obtain an appointment and return. I asked him his next appointment time and he refused to assist instead stating he didn’t want to argue with me. I asked for a manager and waited. She researched and ultimately I still needed an appointment but she found me one for later in the day at another branch. Mr. Álvarez was the first representative and his stand of fish attitude was very difficult to handle after experiencing such frustration. The photo was taken 20 mins after speaking with the teller. Very disappointing experience.
