We needed a statement print out for the past year for tax purposes. I walked into the Cooper City Branch on Hiatus Road and Sheridan Street and sat down in the lobby since all of the tellers and advisors were busy. About 5 minutes later an advisor came out of a meeting for a moment and asked what we needed. I told her and she told me that I needed to check with the teller and see if any appointments were available. I waited a few more minutes for the teller and explained what I needed. She then told me the I would need to schedule an appointment online. Horrible customer service. Yet another reason that I am looking for a new bank.
