- RSRoger StoneJun 3, 20252.0Friendly but inconvenient This branch closed its drive thru windows which is very inconvenient especially when it is raining like today. When they closed the drive-through, I asked about what happens when it’s raining, I was told to “bring my umbrella“. They also reduced the service windows inside to two. There is always a line inside when I come. There’s multiple people working inside, but there is only two windows open. This branch has made it more inconvenient to bank . The next closest branch is 5 miles away through lights.

Even though my task at the bank was very simple, she truly went above and beyond to help me not only in the original task, but to help me in further ways as well so that I'd have an easier time doing bank-related tasks in the future. This demonstrated full consideration on her part. She was also very patient and dedicated towards the customer's complete satisfaction. I was very impressed with her level of care and skill with respect to helping customers feel attended to. There were very specific things that she did well, like taking care to address the customer by their name throughout the conversation, and making sure that the customer didn't feel like something might've been their fault if some step in the process didn't work, and helping the customers to find alternatives towards achieving the goal. I had a very pleasant experience at the bank, and highly recommend Gigi's services to others for her willingness to go the full mile when it came to helping an everyday customer with an everyday request. 6/5.
