- EHEileen HathawayJul 25, 20251.0I had an appointment at 10am to close my recently deceased mom’s account. I got there at 950. I asked where to wait and was told to wait in the lobby. At 10:22 a female employee came in and asked us to give her a few minutes. After watering the orchids and getting situated, at her desk, it was 10:27. I told her I had an appointment at 10. She rudely said ‘ he could’ve helped you, they know what time I get here’ I had another appointment at 11 so couldn’t finish my appointment. I must’ve missed the memo where bank employees are now rude and unprofessional! I’ll go to another branch to close all accounts!! Horrible service
