    Although the people who work in the banks are very nice, the customer service over the phone is terrible . I have been trying to close an account for more th 3 weeks and each time I calI I'm told it will be another 2 days . Until today , when I was told by Sita in the Contact department , that she could not verify me. So, tomorrow , I will close 4 accounts because , I give up.

    1 Star ⭐️ for customer support 1 Star ⭐️ for #truist app = No Chat, No Email, Only phone # Ultra slow response that could take days, Weeks or months, force to repeat myself 4 times & literally ONE hour 14 minutes after 4 transfers to be finally disconnected- Truist bank App compare to Asia or Europe Banks is like going back in time in 2015 Still have to Call for a 3rd times to try to resolve a basic issue - 3rd world Country bank app! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎

    This bank always just has one teller working and they are extremely SLOW, they need to hire more tellers instead of just having one working

    Suntrust already was not so great for business services, but now as Truist they have become experts at tying up my own money. They wait until the very last moment before violating federal law to release my own funds to me.
