Been a Truist customer for sometime now and this location have been thus far the WORST experience when it comes to customer service. Today (10/03/25), I went on my lunch break to deposit money into my account and first off, their ATM didn't work. So I should've known then to not go inside, but because I needed to deposit this money to pay bills, I went inside to deposit it. There were two clerks up infront, one was busy with another customer while the other clerk didn't have anyone but did tell me to give her a minute. So I waited, but after nearly 10 minutes, she didn't care to help me and instead was chatting up with another employee about their weekend. It felt like I was nobody and just wanted me to leave instead of assisting me. That's disgusting and embarrassing of how they treated their customers. So I left and had to go another Truist bank that's 5 miles away from my work, which means I was late to work and got reprimand from my boss. I will NEVER again go to this location and I'm seriously considering closing my account if this is how Truist treat their customers in other locations. Thank you this Truist in Sheridan for giving me THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE at a bank. THUMBS VERY DOWN/ONE STAR!!!!

I will be closing my truist accounts soon. They repeatedly place “holds” on my deposits and cause me real life problems. They hold tens of thousands of dollars given in good faith for 7 days causing me and my family immense stress. I do not recommend this bank and will be discontinuing my business with them and warning everyone to steer clear of this bank. The reason they hold deposits is for profit and no other reason. If they hold 10,000 customers deposits for 7 days they now earn interest from millions of dollars held while their customers struggle to survive. Do not put your trust in truist!!
