    Zero stars. I needed emergency Saturday bank hours, the Truist website lists this branch with Saturday hours, you arrive at their door, "Closed Saturday".

    Not sure who this “manager” or whomever thought she was feeling like today, but I’ll be sure not to arrive to this Truist location- even if it was my last option. The original teller at the drive-thru was sweet, calm, and professional. However, a few minutes later I’m being interrogated and being talked down to like a child by some arrogant lady over the intercom. No introduction, no greeting, nothing. I had my mom on the phone during that whole interaction since she was the one who sent me on this errand run, and I’m rudely being told to mute my mom on the line to listen to what she’s saying… First of all, I don’t know who she thought she was talking to. Second, everything was still processed even after I asked for the checks back. I get the receipts and ripped ends of the checks. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. All this aggression over a signature on the back of a few money order slips? Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. That experience alone turned me off from ever returning. Good riddance.

    If you want your time wasted prepare to go here .. The tellers do not care and will hold pointless conversations with the prior person trying to force them into a loan and or credit card . One tell will stare you down as she is talking to another person as if you owe her money and she requesting it back very unprofessional .. i waited in line for 15 minutes and end of leaving as my time was completely wasted ..

    Opened account 2/7/25, account frozen 2/11/25, visited branch 2/13/25 to clear freeze, gave documents requested to verify account, paul said 24hrs account would be back online. 2/15/25 still not back online. Spoke with customer service and they are only open m-f, so they were unable to lift freeze. Vivian said to call Monday 2/17/25 to reverify account..Monday is a federal holiday sooo Tuesday! Worst first time customer experience! Was going to leave wells fargo, but maybe I will stay! (No option for zero stars)

    We opened an account because our cafe is in the same building and it was the best idea. Regina Swift helped us open our business account and was so helpful every step of the way for all of our business needs. It's so convenient having them so close and everyone is always so helpful. The staff is also always keeping us up to date about promotions and ways to help our business grow. We recommend everyone to go here especially if you are a small business like us!
