  Nicholas should really get on monster.com and find himself a job he loves. Clearly hates his job and has a very rude demeanor. Walking into this place you can feel the tension between the workers too. Go to a different branch. This one sucks.

  Leaving this review because it’s truly the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I visited the TD at Sheridan Plaza in Hollywood Florida to cash a $7000 settlement check from a recent workers compensation settlement as well as a $30 USPS refund check. I don’t know what on earth I said to catch their attention, but I was held at the teller’s desk while a branch manager came over and asked for my identification and took her behind the counter. No problem with me as the checks were around $7000. I figured that there would be a lot of screening and security involved. I wasn’t concerned as I knew the source of both checks and I knew I hadn’t committed a crime, but I was truly bewildered by the way I was treated considering I hadn’t done anything wrong. What I did not expect is for them to hold my ID for over 20 minutes, asked for secondary and tertiary ID (all of which I provided), whispering behind the counter and pointing at me as if I were doing something wrong. The branch manager called me over and said that they would be returning my checks. I was pretty bewildered. I asked what would possess them to make that decision and she said that there is a hold for all checks. I said that’s fine, so why were my checks accepted and deposited? She said I don’t know, but they weren’t supposed to do that. I told her well this is very awkward because you’ve been standing whispering at me, pointing, and discussing about something for over 20 minutes now and you still haven’t told me what the reason for returning my checks are. Not to mention they were already endorsed at that point so this legitimately created a ridiculous headache. You can’t go to a check cashing place with an endorsed check so I had to call my attorney Berliner Law and pay to send the check back so they could issue a new one. Now mind you I watch a lot of Law and crime network on YouTube and wouldn’t it tickle my fancy to see the EXACT same TD Bank branch in Hollywood on an episode of law & crime cashing one bad check after another. The particular one that I remember, was approximately six months before my checks were returned. Suddenly, it made a lot more sense, even though I hadn’t done anything wrong I was being punished for their incompetence. This TD in particular but TD Bank in general has clearly been hit by unregulated check fraud and are covering their tracks by treating middle class customers poorly “just in case”. Now mind you if you’re reading this thinking for a second that there was something wrong with the checks I promise you any bank would call the sheriff if they believed it was actually a bad check so I still do not know what made them suspect about my transaction but I can see based on their history of cashing fraudulent checks that they are not suspect enough! I will not do business with TD again, I closed my account the following week and I would not recommend anybody that cares about the integrity of their funds or their bankers to do business with TD either. TD should change policy… turning away thousands of dollars in legitimate funds from good customers is not keeping them off of law & crime network!

  Terrible customer service. They do not care one way or the other . I was mad at Pay $10. 70 for a service at UPS when my TD bank offers this to there Account holders for free. Yes i am a account hold with TDbank

  Absolutely horrible, impossible to call they never answer the phone, I was in the lobby while calling the branch and the tellers picked up the phone and hung it up. I can barely get around and the fact that I have to drive there for the smallest questions is ridiculous, there nothing convenient here folks
