    Awful bank! While your money sits in their CD account, Citi treats you nicely. But once you move funds out to another bank, their attitude changes instantly. They closed my debit card without any warning just because I didn’t reply in time. They promised my credit card would remain active, but a few months later they closed that too! It’s impossible to reach them: no option to write in the mobile app, calling is a nightmare — have they ever tried to call themselves? Customer support is practically unreachable. I would not recommend this bank. Don’t waste your time collecting points here — they can shut everything down without proper communication.

    Quiero agradecer a Massiel Bencosme por su atenta atención y su profesional servicio esta mañana en la sucursal de Citibank en Hollywood, Fla. A pesar de que yo no tenía una cita previamente concertada, se esmeró en ayudarme y responder mis preguntas en el limitado tiempo que restaba antes de que llegara el cliente que si había reservado una cita. Sus explicaciones fueron muy claras así como las respuestas a mis preguntas. Gracias, Massiel.

    Salimos de esta sucursal de Citibank encantados con la atención de una de sus agentes: Nicole Lozano. No es muy frecuente conseguir personas que reúnan virtudes como el profesionalismo, la disposición a servir con excelencia al cliente, la actitud amable y risueña…¡y la capacidad de responder tooooodas nuestras preguntas!     Worst ATMs in all Citibank network. 3 different times I have been here and always there is a problem to insert cash. Even once I lost the money because of an ATM error and they don't give back my money. Please avoid this ATMs branch.
