  Was given misleading info by Tamara about foreign currency order. I had to call, wasted my time driving around to different branches. But I am hapoy I went to Aventura location and they were extremely helpful accommodating and ordered the currency I needed that arrived next business day as expected.

  The worst client support. If you have no phone number in public register, they are not able to help you, even if you come to the beach and have opened account

  Awful bank! While your money sits in their CD account, Citi treats you nicely. But once you move funds out to another bank, their attitude changes instantly. They closed my debit card without any warning just because I didn’t reply in time. They promised my credit card would remain active, but a few months later they closed that too! It’s impossible to reach them: no option to write in the mobile app, calling is a nightmare — have they ever tried to call themselves? Customer support is practically unreachable. I would not recommend this bank. Don’t waste your time collecting points here — they can shut everything down without proper communication.
