- RRRosemary RodriguezOct 15, 20251.0Do NOT bank with Wells Fargo. The representatives I spoke with on three different occasions showed no real concern or willingness to help resolve my issue. Instead of listening and offering solutions, I was met with cold responses and repeated excuses from EVERY EMPLOYEE INCLUDING the bank manager. For a company that claims to value its customers, they certainly fail to show it when it truly matters. I will spread the word to EVERY person I come across personally and professionally to NOT bank with you. Spare the fake apologies and rehearsed sympathy, REAL CARE for customers means taking action, not pretending to.
