They made me come inside and wait yet again while standing which causes me a lot of pain and they took their time just to complete a very simple request. In my opinion if a business can’t accommodate an injured or handicapped should not be in business
- ASAlejandro SzenkmanMay 31, 20221.0Very rude service at drive thru… I just wait more than 30 minutes at drive thru and when the teller attended me I ask her what was the problem and she didn’t like it so she make me wait another 10 minutes in the line while she was attending other vehicles next to me… very dissatisfied plus finally she reach to me saying if you have any complaint I am the managers of the branch… 🤦🏻

Another 5 minutes for the customer in front of me. And 16 minutes to get 4 rolls of coins. Dual control was the excuse. Horrible. Over 43 minutes. Nobody answers the phones inside either. Horrible customer service. Ridiculous
