After over 30 years of being a customer I have never given a review to any branch. I normally go to the Miami Lakes location but, I can honestly say I am surprised by this location and the amazing customer service received upon arriving from Carlos. He resolved a situation I had and was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with my personal information. Mr. Arias is what I call customer service.... something a lot of people don't have. Amazing experience and thanks to him I will be returning to this location. A lot more people should emulate his mannerisms. The teller who gave us the checks was also very attentive unfortunately, I did not get her name.
