- BMBarby MolinaJul 21, 20253.0De esta Sucursal bancaria no tengo buenas nuevas lamentablemente referente al trato que comentar de algunos empleados, hoy día lunes 07/21/2025 at 1:50pm, como cada mes fuimos hacer un pago en persona, otros son auto pay, por el drive thru y quienes de los 2 que estaban atendiendo no son nada profesionales, son unos ineptos, nada cordiales, faltos de empatía, faltos de respeto.., hacia la atención al cliente, nos tocó entrar al banco hablar con una representante que por años nos conocen a mi esposo y a mi, se llama Miriam Sánchez, a diferencia es muy profesional, muy amable, muy cordial, afable, siente empatía por cada cliente que entra al banco, le explicamos lo sucedido de que aún para pagar nos pedían la licencia y que iban a poner un reporte que nos estábamos negando, porque no nos conocían, siendo asiduos clientes, cuando cada mes por años somos clientes del banco, que ha cambiado en varias ocasiones de nombre.., no lo sentimos justo el trato recibido cuando nos conocen era innecesario por lo que nos hicieron pasar. Nosotros estamos disgustados y se debe saber que deben tener personal calificado para atender con profesionalismo a los clientes, porque por el mal trabajo de unos cuantos puede afectar el prestigio de TRUIST, nosotros como personas de negocio por el mal desempeño de algunos empleados ineptos no vamos a dejar de ser clientes y que son ya de varios años. Confiemos que tomen las medidas apropiadas con su personal. Las 3 estrellas 🌟 son para los empleados ineptos, el banco cubre nuestras expectativas razón que somos clientes ya de algunos varios años.
