Sarah Bacallao, Bank Officer, has been my friend since arriving from Cuba and applying for my first car loan. Regardless of the name that the bank has had, I have stayed a faithful customer and plan to continue. The Bank officer that I deal with now, Amelia, is excellent, and when the bank charged me for bank fees, i called them and told them I had never paid that and they removed the charge. Now, they are working hard at developing customer relations, and have sent several e-mails, even conducting a rewards contest. Highly recommend if what you are looking for is a bank that listens.
