  When I first went in to see why I didn't get the promotional credit after opening up a new checking account after 180 days like promised all 3 tellers told me it's nothing they can do and not to mention when I first walked in all 3 tellers assumed I was talking about a dispute seems like everybody was just ready to go home the day after Christmas they didn't even care to really help a customer out. Such bad service to tell a customer "THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT." When your bank promised me something for opening up a new account.

  I was in the middle of applying for a credit card when the teller called the next guy in line over. He purposefully tripped over my NEW (refurbished) electric scooter, which was plainly visible and in clear view, most likely to try for a fabricated lawsuit. I was then heckled by everyone else in line for bringing it in, and told to leave it out of the way next time. It was obscenely disrespectful, and the bank was clearly at fault for trying to serve two customers at a time. Maybe I should consult a lawyer as well about damage to my electric scooter as a result of the teller calling someone over while I was still in the middle of being served. I'd even testify it was their fault, just because they created unnecessary risk by inviting someone into the vicinity of someone else's electric scooter instead of simply taking the time to finish helping me and THEN moving on to the next person in line. Honestly, the biggest danger in any establishment is always gonna be poorly thought out logistics and skewed priorities. And if they have the gall to deny my credit application after this, that'd just be the insult added to my scooter's injury, which they caused by failing to properly close out my business before getting to someone else's. Honestly thinking about switching banks at this point, because I feel like I'm the victim (of intentional property damage) who deserved the apology first and foremost for TD creating that situation over the guy willing to wreck other people's property for a manufactured lawsuit.

  Andres it’s worthless Really bad customer service Moved to the area recently and unfortunately we had to visit that branch First he greet with a good afternoon but after a Sadi what I need it he send me to someone else But my request need it his supervision and after all he said he was going to call his manager but he couldn’t use his desk phone lol After all he said he couldn’t help me Worthless guy Also really bad attitude And really bad excuse Specially my check was on hold because a stupid mobile deposit Do not visit this branch unless you want to waste your time
