- DWDaniel WhitmarshAug 29, 20251.0The absolute worst branch I have ever been to. I’m definitely going to be banking elsewhere after 27 YEARS. I had an overdrawn account of $46 which I was trying to make right. I went in with a $5,000 check. The account was overdrawn for 66 days so there was a hard block on the account. The banker that was helping me called the back end and someone lifted the block. They allowed me to deposit FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and told me the block would be released at 12am the following day. I woke up the next day to the account being CLOSED and there is no record of my funds. Nobody can see that I deposited the check, and I still have the receipt. The staff will not return my calls, they have caused me great distress and offer absolutely no solution to the problem. So now I’ve had to take it into my own hands and make a claim, which will take a minimum of 20 days to be processed. I have to put my life on hold, as a college student with rent to pay, and worry about the only money I had to my name. On top of that I had to wait an hour after my appointment time to be helped. This is a disgrace of a Wells Fargo branch, and Wells Fargo will not be my choice of bank moving forward.

Like everyone else mentions in the reviews they won’t lift a finger unless you have an appointment, we were fortunate enough to get an agent who actually was interested in helping us. When there was an issue with one of the safe boxes being jammed and not opening, our agent asked her for help and Alena yelled across the bank “you did this to yourself” basically reprimanding her for taking the time to help us. Our agent, Gabriella was extremely professional, was able to resolve the issue despite the lack of support from her higher-up, and went above and beyond. She was a pleasure to work with.
