- RVRebecca VicentiJan 16, 20251.0If I could this branch of Truist 0 stars I would. We went because our account was compromised and we needed to open a new account immediately. We were asked did you make an appt? Can you come back later? Can you wait for another 45 mins to an hour? No!! This was time sensitive and they did not make any effort to help us. There was one person being helped at the counter and other employees around. This branch should be closed in my opinion. I’m so sorry that we did not have the foresight to schedule an appointment beforehand because we must of known ahead of time this was going to happen to us!!! What a joke this branch is seriously! .

And the worse part that got me really upset is the was 5 workers doing nothing just watching the line growing up more and laughing and making joke! This is ridiculous, definitely im changing bank
