    Only received two stars - 1 for Mrs. Scott (MGR) and 2 for Wendy (assistant MGR) or it would have been ZERO stars. Awful service from Beatriz (teller) and Masud (teller). Went in and was withdrawing $140. My ID was the updated FL Drivers License and they had my old one in the system. I explained I hadn’t ran into this issue and most locations have tap to withdraw. This branch does not have a tap ATM. Instead of helping me they were rude, hostile, and unprofessional. They attempted to DISCRIMINATE & BULLY the wrong person. Thanks for management and the other teller who were the only understanding and friendly people in the branch. Again, Beatriz and Masud were the rudest and unprofessional people I’ve encountered in banking in quite sometime.

    I do banking all the time with SunTrust for a very long time and I never had a problem before until today. Drucell Golden the teller she looked like she didn’t want to be in there, she wasn’t willing to help me with all my transactions. I have more than 5 accounts with them and they refuse to exchange my money into hundreds. Then she call Miranda Streckenbach just to tell me the same thing. I you read outside it says SunTrust bank, so, they should be able to do simple money exchange and no only deny service just because they don’t feel like doing it.
