I took pictures to show that there are no clients being served and I’ve been sitting for all this time waiting to send a transfer. After I took pictures as proof to show that they are not servicing any people they came up and said that I can’t take pictures as proof. So here are the pictures with the faces blacked out so they don’t have to feel bad about people knowing that they are providing zero service. I want to specifically specify that I’m going to close an almost 20 year account that held hundreds of thousands of dollars because of the disrespect of the manager of this branch. I really hope that Corporate looks at this and understands how bad the service is with their staff! Ps. An hour and 20 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes!!! I literally drove across the city to another bank, did everything, already back at the office for the last 15 minutes and I just got a text that the teller of the empty bank is ready for me. Just so you can understand how horrible this bank is!!!!
