Transactions take way too long to post, Zelle says that your money will be transferred in a few days and when you check it says it’ll be a few more days. I’m over it, as soon as I get back home I’m closing my account with this bank

I come in to get it 20 minutes before close and I was told they are short staffed and its to late to get the card, meanwhile there are no customers in the lobby. They told me to return Monday which was 3 days later. I work 12 hour shifts so I needed the card right away. Regardless if I was able to come in Monday or not I should have been able to get my card. Awful customer service at the site and over the phone. The account will be closed as soon as possible.
