I have used at least 7 banks, and my relationship with branches have been totally different from branch to branch even in the same bank. Truist in Gulf Breeze is an amazing branch. Derek and the team are very helpful and provide very satisfied services. Derek even went beyond and above to make sure I get my business bank card on time. this is the quality of service customers deserve - they are true customer oriented. Unfortunately you don't see this very often across all the banks in US. It was a very random opportunity that made us decided to use this Truist. We originally plan to use Wells Fargo, because it is a big national bank, has so many itemized services. One day we walked in Wells Fargo and asked for a very small service for the business, and they said no to the request. We knew they can do it, cause we got the service done before at a different Wells Fargo branch. So we left and drove by Truist, and thought let's see if we can get the service done here. They were very happy to help us get it done. after that they asked what else they can do for us. Yes, we said, we would like to open a business account. And since then, we have always get great qualities of service. Customer relationship is very important and this Truist has done a great job. you never know the person who walks in your door can become your customer.
