- CLCorina LópezAug 9, 20252.0I need a certificate from this bank. I arrived half an hour ago. There’s a guy and a girl working at customer service. I sat in the chair behind a lady who was about to leave, and there was another lady sitting on the other side waiting. The girl called the lady in because she had arrived first, but she didn’t even ask me what I needed. I’ve been waiting for an hour because both of them are busy trying to convince people to open an account with them, while I already have an account and only need a document that could be given to me in 15 minutes or less. I called to request the certificate over the phone, and they told me they would send it in 10 business days. I can’t wait that long!!! They should implement: 1. Prioritizing service for those who are already clients or ask what they need because not all of them will take the same amount of time. 2. Having the option to print the certificate from the app or have a faster way to get it. The guy just became available, didn’t open the account, got up, and left me waiting for him to come back. I can’t speak for the rest, but these two provide the worst customer service.
