  Horrible service. They just have kids playing banker, no manager. The only answer they have for everything is go to another location 😆 🤣 😂 I guess the other locations need in person clients so they have those kids redirecting traffic to them. 💭 🤔

  I opened a small bank account two months ago here. Talk about regrets. My business partner and I are unable to both have full access to online banking features. What???Trying to resolve the issue in person and now we’re on hold with customer service for going on 30 minutes. So while we wait - I requested the customer service rep help me with notarizing something. She actually told me she wasn’t comfortable. Talk about feeling unwelcome here. No wonder I like PNC so much. I’ll now be working to switch my business account over to them. Follow up - drove right from TD Bank to PNC. They notarized my document within five minutes of arriving and confirmed their small business bank accounts allow the admin to authorize sub accounts to have full mobile banking capabilities! Great news!

  Today was the third time I stood in line over 20 minutes and again walked out without completing business. The teller told her life story to a customer while 6 people were waiting behind me. I have to find another bank to take care of my business

  I need a certificate from this bank. I arrived half an hour ago. There’s a guy and a girl working at customer service. I sat in the chair behind a lady who was about to leave, and there was another lady sitting on the other side waiting. The girl called the lady in because she had arrived first, but she didn’t even ask me what I needed. I’ve been waiting for an hour because both of them are busy trying to convince people to open an account with them, while I already have an account and only need a document that could be given to me in 15 minutes or less. I called to request the certificate over the phone, and they told me they would send it in 10 business days. I can’t wait that long!!! They should implement: 1. Prioritizing service for those who are already clients or ask what they need because not all of them will take the same amount of time. 2. Having the option to print the certificate from the app or have a faster way to get it. The guy just became available, didn’t open the account, got up, and left me waiting for him to come back. I can’t speak for the rest, but these two provide the worst customer service.
