  The manager at this branch Miss Zulema is very unprofessional. So as the teller. They failed to disclose the needed info and acted very unprofessionally. they told me my friends were available right away. But when I tried to get a cashier check, they refuse to do and said I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days. It has been 10 days. But now they told me I have to wait an additional five days. I have to take a Uber to go to my location every time because me. No one seems to be capable enough to Address the matter, not even there online manager, and supposedly there’s no one higher up that I can talk to. This is such a big inconvenience and very discouraging. While they kept my fund so they can make money and Refusing to allow me to use my funds for the escrow purpose I needed for. She must be going through Menopause🤔😳

  Amazing service, Linda the Associate Personal Banker was very sweet and attentive. Walked me through and showed me everything I needed to know about opening my first bank account.

  Absolutely worst customer service, told my brother they called to confirm and to validate a check I gave my brother but they did not reach out to me. I was holding my phone in my hand waiting for a call but did not receive any calls on my cell or my work desk. Told my brother he is committing Fraud and send him away with rude behavior. Unbelievable…Can’t ask a customer what are you doing with this kind of money?? None of there business!!!!

  I have been with Wells Fargo too long to put up with there zero services and we do things our way. SLOW. Sit n wait, then we'll tell you no help.👎👎
