Absolutely worst bank they will rip you off they overcharge my account by charging a maintenance fee then charged me and overdraft fee so I pay the $53 to get my account back on and then they said they can't open my account again. Do not bank here

Seriously…google needs an option for “no stars”. This is, hands down, the WORST bank that I have EVER dealt with. You’ll be ignored or, if you’re lucky, you’ll have the chance to be met with one of their extremely rude and ill-mannered employees. It comes as absolutely no surprise to me that there are so many other poor reviews of this branch and their lack of “damage control” just goes to show that they truly could not care less with how their customers feel. Recently we went in to withdraw money and was told it wasn’t possible because the system was down…okay, sure, technical issues happen; they’re uncontrollable BUT - talking to your customers as though they are garbage is something that IS COMPLETELY within your control.
Their lack of empathy is appalling and their lack of professionalism is even worse.
Spare yourself. Stay far away from this branch.

I banked with a young man named Jose and can say he was one the most professional bankers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He has excellent customer service skills.
