As a loyal Truist customer for quite some time, I genuinely appreciate the bank’s services. However, I must express my utmost disappointment with the branch I visited recently. During a wire transfer transaction, I encountered a series of inconveniences and received poor treatment from Allina Wyland. Despite my successful attempts to overcome the obstacles she put on me to send my money, she refused to process my wire transfer. refused to process my wire transfer. Consequently, I had to visit another Truist branch, where I successfully completed the transaction without any issues. Regrettably, the bank conducted an investigation into the matter but failed to take any appropriate action to address the situation.
