Stopped into branch and spoke to tellers Brandon and Tiara about a transactional dispute. They explained the process to me, look up my accounts to make sure everything was okay. I will always go to a branch before 800 line where you are just a call and they don't care. Very pleased with this location and their assistance. Brandon and Tierra you are wonderful people and thank you for making my visits worthwhile.

I've been banking with truist for over a decade, no complaints with them as a bank. My gripe is with the Main St location in Gainesville. I work near this location and visit here occasionally. Every single time I come to this location they seem understaffed and overwhelmed. I have called first on multiple occasions to make sure someone could assist me prior to coming and have had to reroute to a different location multiple times after doing so. Something needs to change here or this location should be closed. Visiting this branch over the past few months has made me consider ending my business with this Bank. Hope things change for the better here soon.

The ladies here clearly don't want to work didn't want to sell me a money order without opening an account which is weird because regardless of having an account or not I would have to pay for the money order

Horrible customer service! I paid for a safety deposit box a month early, however, they somehow misapplied the funds and sent me a bill with a late fee. I contacted them over the phone and was told they can't assist me with getting this error on their part figured out, even though I had proof of payment I could email them. They tell me I have to go back to the branch and take my proof of payment in. This is the main street branch, who doesn't answer their phone, ever. Horrible, horrible customer service all the way around.
