Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review.

- NHNina HorneJun 21, 20222.0Teller Cyn J. was not being considerate today in my opinion, she took her sweet time to assist me with just one transaction, cashier’s check ( she can sign them herself) first she let me wait to approach her window next she needed cash for her drawer so she excused herself, then there was a client that her coworker was assisting and she talked to them briefly while assisting me, after that also she went to the back to get the cashier’s check and had to refill the printer with paper which she didn’t know how to load so she asked her coworker to load them for her. I had to wait and wait while her coworker was assisting clients in the drive through and does teller job too at the same time and finishes their transactions before my teller was able to assist me with just single transaction ( just a cashier’s check). This is one of the reasons why sometimes I think it’s not worth it to use bank tellers.
