After my last 3 visits to the branch hoping someone could help solving the problem the bank created by not making the payments to one of my associations, I found the same people that one year earlier were helpful I found the same employees that a year ago were capable of finding solutions and now they give the impression of being on strike against the bank where they work, possibly due to finding themselves in the same situation that many clients find ourselves in. nobody wants to know anything or find solutions to any of the problems. Tomorrow Monday I’m closing my personal and business account.
