- SSSharon SmithJan 18, 20221.0This bank has been horrible ever since I opened an account. The whole time they have been "changing over" and can't get anything right. Half the time I can't make mobile deposits and no one can explain the error message. I tried to CASH A CHECK (something I consider a basic thing that a bank is capable of doing) but was told it was not from the same bank and couldn't be cashed. They basically only offer secured bank accounts and will only honor the check if you have funds to cover the full check amount already. Hardly worth the trouble of going in, hardly any surcharge ATMs, and hardly a real bank. Go anywhere else.
