One star because 0 stars is not an option. I’ve tried for 30 mins to reach a person at any location and just keep getting send in circles with a machine. Terrible service.

My Eglin platinum CC was compromised. I called the 800 number on the back on a Saturday 16th at 11:18 night. The guy had me verify the number twice and made sure it was my card to be shut off and not my husbands. I notice 4 days later a new charge from the original scam charge. I called Eglin member services and it was confirmed my CC was never shut off. I don't get it. I wasn't rude, I was thankful to him. Non business days and hours it's his job, people make mistakes, but at the end the call, he said your card has now been shut off, we trust that it's been done. Eglin FCU said they would return the latest charge back and I appreciate it. Double check when you need to protect your CC folks. (Edit to respond to EFCU) I've already stated in my review I called member services 4 days later and the lady took care of the issue that was not taken care of from the original afterhours 800 call. I gave specific time and date above for you to look into who the guy working was at that time.

Been trying to get ahold of anyone forthe last hour. Loan department, member services, etc. Waited on hold for 30 mins, then when it sounds like someone's picked up my call, its just silent. Then hangs up. Phone system needs some attention. And I've done the call back feature numerous times only to never get a call back. Rediculous.

Donnell their "IT guy" is aware of a secuity breach on Aug 1st and has not disclosed it to EFCU management or their members. Multiple family members, friends and even strangers have said they were forced to change their account numbers instead of just changing their online banking credentials. Instead of taking responsibility Donnell also forced everyone to take their computers to GeekSquad for "scanning" and would not reinstate online banking access until they showed proof. Complaints have been filed with CFPB and FDIC. Update for response: No accounts were compromised, no money was taken and no money was even attempted to be taken. Simple username and password attempts from foreign countries. Why would a dozen+ random people (that i know of) all have login attempts from foreign countries on the same day? Would a dozen+(probably 1000s) random people all suddenly have compromised PCs? No. EFCU systems have been hacked, peoples UN & PW stolen, Donnell knows it and is not taking responsibility. I have already started the process of moving my funds away from an institution I used to love that now refuses to tell the truth and take responsibility. GOODBYE
