I AM DISABLED AND HAVE TROUBLE WALKING AND BREATHING AND THERE IS ONLY ONE LADY WHO WORKS THERE AND I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT Y'ALL NEED TO LEARN FROM HER HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. WAITING IN DRIVE-TROUGH FOR 3MINS, WHICH MAY NOT SEEM LONG (HOLD YOUR BREATHE AND YOU'LL SEE) AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME BEING THERE. RUDE, SLOW, 2MILE FROM MY HOUSE AND NOW I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER BANK TO DO MY BUSINESS. IVE GIVEN YOU ALL AMPLE ENOUGH TIME TO IMPROVE AND STILL NO CHANGE AS OF 6MO WAITING FOR THAT CHANGE.
