- YMYamilet MartinezAug 8, 20241.0Si le pudiera dar 0 estrellas se lo daría , a esta sucursal en específico, no es la primera vez que me pasa pero precisamente hoy 8 de agosto de 2024 entre a la sucursal hace más de 30 minutos y nadie se me ha acercado a preguntarme que necesito hacer , solo hay una persona trabajando así que imagínense la espera , sin dejar de mencionar que resulta que ahora están haciendo una verificación de identidad a las personas de nacionalidad cubana y realmente es un proceso incómodo , realmente no le recomiendo este banco a nadie yo en lo personal cancelaré mi cuenta porque la verdad es el dinero de uno el que está con ellos no el de los con uno y tantos problemas para que

Shortly after, I got a call from the branch asking for me to return because they forgot to collect an important signature, which I returned and provided it. Fast forward 2 months later, my business account is closed now (due to the missing signatures) and I will have no access to my money until I receive a cashier's check in the mail. Ps. I called the branch yesterday when I received the notice of the closure, but she told me to ignore the letter because everything was taken care of.
