  We heard about the checking account Wells Fargo offers for teens and went by to find out more. We spoke with Yeliani, who was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable about the details of opening the account. She set up my daughter's first checking account for her, it was a great experience! We went back a few months later and opened a savings account, and Yeliani greeted us by name and provided the same stellar service. The tellers and the staff in the bank were also super friendly with such nice manners and class. The branch was very clean and you just felt the energy of good people and 5-star customer service. Thank you Wells Fargo, we appreciate you.

  Si ayi en ese lugar solo empleado mala cara ay deberían de buscar alguien más que en verdad tiene necesidad de trabajar en cambio esas personas no merecen estar en ese lugar yegue y no me atendieron porque no ablo inglés pero estando alguien que abla español ayi y asta eya me ablo en español pero no m quisieron ayudar. Disen que puedo ir donde ablan español

  Horrible customer service! I know I didnt have appointment with personal banker but I waited about 20mins to finish the rest of my car refinance form with the banker (she was the only one there except tellers). She also said she would be with us for few minutes. Then she was done with other customers, she walked out and took other guy who came behind us, just because he said he had only few questions quickly. I explained I will have class at 2pm, she asked if we wanna make appointment another day. Are u serious? We been waiting for long time and now u took other first and tried to excuse?

  I'll never step foot in that branch again, nor recommend anyone else to do so. I explained to the teller my needs, she directed me to have a seat to wait for a banker. The teller was fine, no complaints there. The banker was another story, I sat for 10 minutes watching her fight with copy machine. A man walks in the door and she made a beeline to him to see if he needed help, he did and she ignored me and helped him. As he walked past me I told him how long I waited and that he could have her. You would expect bank employees to be more aware of their surroundings and not so self absorbed
