  We heard about the checking account Wells Fargo offers for teens and went by to find out more. We spoke with Yeliani, who was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable about the details of opening the account. She set up my daughter's first checking account for her, it was a great experience! We went back a few months later and opened a savings account, and Yeliani greeted us by name and provided the same stellar service. The tellers and the staff in the bank were also super friendly with such nice manners and class. The branch was very clean and you just felt the energy of good people and 5-star customer service. Thank you Wells Fargo, we appreciate you.

  1 year ago almost to the day, I went to this branch to pay back a loan that a month earlier I took out for my daughter. I took the loan out from this branch & thought I'll go back to the same branch. BIG MISTAKE EVER!!!! The bank rep.i went to that day was same representative who processed the personal loan for me. I said my first pmts due today I'd like to do that but I also want to pay back the loan, I never used the loan. Since I didn't use it for the intended purpose can I keep $5,000. She said let me understand you, you want to pay back your loan 12,000 of it. Are you sure because once you pay it back you won't be able to take it back. I said Nope, I'm sure. Of course I can help you. I'll go with you to the teller. She brought my paperwork with her she said at her desk I have your file right here. So I went to the counter took out an envelope with put down $350 dollars cash The teller said your PMT is $305.52. I said oh I wasn't sure I knew it was 3 some thing. I said give me the 550 and here a 5.oo. The teller a young kid said it's . 52 cents. I reached to the bottom and took out the change. Look to your left on the screen do you see the amount yes 305.52. cash where do you want the receipt to go. I prompt to send RECIEPT to my Inbox then second transaction I took out 10.000 cash The rep said thought you were paying 12.000 I am I have more money. The teller said you don't have to count it. We have a machine. I said my daughter has one. Cool, they are. Then look look to your do you see the amount 12,000. I do prompt where to send . Again I had it sent to my inbox. I was given my reciept cash in 2 transactions. I said wow I'm done that's it. The woman I need to fill out a slip. I remember it was pink because that's my fav color. I don't the account number to my loan. I have it right here. So I go to right it in the boxes across the slip. I write big and messy I can't fit the numbers In the boxes. That's okay. Do I wrote u write the total or list them separately. It doesn't matter. I'll list separately. That's how I deposited it. One line 305.52 the 2nd line 12,000. I totaled 12,305.52 at the bottom. Don't forget to sign and date it. I did and I handed it to the teller. She said that's all. I said ok TY and turn to leave the bank. I'm from NJ to see my daughter. I go home in a couple days . Well eventually I looked at my account, checking. I see cash withdrawal on the same day I was there August 15, 2023. To make a longer story shorter. My cash was never credited to my loan account ending in 0001. I called the bank rep I don't remember you paying cash. I have my receipt cash in. Oh that doesn't mean anything. If any customer brings in a large amount oi cash we have to call over a manager. Well you didn't do that & i didn't know that. 3 diff investigations by Wells Fargo ended in transaction posted correctly. The last one said the money electronically sent from cking to my loan account. My inbox never showed any E Transfer con. #. The last money. Of my loan I paid the same way and guess what it shows up with an E Transfer con #. I called the Sheriffs dept they went to the branch. Officer was Denied access to view footage. A case was opened . They supena the tape and they sent 19 secs of me standing at the counter. Then a second supena sent. Same clip was given to the Fort Myers Detective handling my case. He said they do not have any more footage. It leaves me with no proof so I am closing your case. A mediation letter sent few months earlier also ended your transaction was posted correctly, and the drawer balanced. Unbelievable that this happened a teller & a bank employee stole my $12,305.52 and Wells Fargo is protecting them. I've been a customer for 20 years . I opened my account in 2003 at the ITC branch in Mt Olive NJ I am 59 and my son his disabled . $12,305.52 is aLot of money. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH!! TO LOOK ME IN THE EYE AND SAY YES I CAN HELP YOU & TURN AROUND & SAY YOU YOU NEED TO FILL OUT A SLIP. SHE NEW HOW TO COVER HER TRACKS!! NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH WELLS FARGO COVERED IT UP

  I love this branch! Everybody there is no nice and helpful. I go there about 2-3 times a week and have for 7-8 years now and only have great things to say about them. 5 Stars!!!

  I'll never step foot in that branch again, nor recommend anyone else to do so. I explained to the teller my needs, she directed me to have a seat to wait for a banker. The teller was fine, no complaints there. The banker was another story, I sat for 10 minutes watching her fight with copy machine. A man walks in the door and she made a beeline to him to see if he needed help, he did and she ignored me and helped him. As he walked past me I told him how long I waited and that he could have her. You would expect bank employees to be more aware of their surroundings and not so self absorbed
