- MBMark BarnettAug 5, 20231.0Worst banking experience of my life. They were very quick to issue a credit card. I merely wanted to create an on-line account so I could pay it off on-line as I do with other companies. After two weeks involving two visits to a local bank and numerous calls with more transfers than I care to think about, I finally gave up and had them cancel the card. Each employee merely wants to pass issues on to someone else as opposed to handling them.
