- MDMaria D'EttorreNov 10, 20251.0Took 45 minutes to make a simple deposit. Ridiculous! One teller inside who was assisting a customer dealing with a seemingly complicated situation and no one else to assist the other customers who were waiting on line.

- SYSJ “Keisha” Yi-VJul 14, 20252.0Their rules make NO SENSE and the branch manager was patronizing. Overall the staff is nice - the tender I had was empathetic and doing his best. But the branch manager I dealt with was unnecessarily rude. I was frustrated and stressed out at the bank about trying to cash checks signed over to me - obviously not directed at the staff but she spoke to me in such a condescending way like I was a child, which did NOTHING to improve my mood. And also? Their arbitrary rules are BS! They claimed they couldn’t take the ID, social security card, and/or the birth certificate of the individual who signed his check over to me because his license was expired (he forgot to put his new ID in his wallet). They also said they couldn’t take a photo of his current ID. You’d think that the birth certificate and SSN card would be enough to confirm what is on the expired ID and a photo of the new ID. I pointed out that I for a small fee, I could deposit the check via Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp (I was trying to avoid that fee which is why I went to this branch in person). WELL GUESS WHAT, BRANCH MANAGER?! I found out after the incident that I can deposit checks signed over to me via the WF mobile app. Further proof that the rules are just made up nonsense. You’d think common sense would prevail.
- DRDave ReedAug 30, 20171.0I walked from the mall one day after a severe car crash. I lost my phone my wallet and my car. I have been an account holder for 5+ years. I asked to deposit money in my account and they refused. Me, understanding that there is protocol, accepted and asked to charge my replacement phone they refused and didn't even give me any water. And this is supposed to be the base branch of fort Myers. I don't feel welcome at this branch
