This is the nearest WF location from home, over 45min away. Arrived to this branch at 345pm. We waited for an hour to be told that they would be unable to help us that day. And while the employee apologized and offered to set up an appt for the following day, I just don't understand why I was told in the first place an appointment was not necessary, when it is obvious that it indeed is necessary. Prior to this, I had also called to inquire about notary services, and was told that an appointment was not necessary. Showed up at 3pm to be told the notary had left early for the day. Lesson(s) of the day? #1. Make an appointment or you won't achieve anything at this branch. #2. Go to another branch. This is the last time I'll seek services from this Wells Fargo location.
