This Branch while having three to four tellers consistently only has one tiller open. This Branch takes a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes for a standard deposit. Only transaction. Do not use this Branch

I opened my small business account at the Truist Colonial Branch. Maggie, the manager stated I would receive $600. after having my account open for 6 months. I did not receive it after 6 months. I kept calling her and she kept saying she was checking on it. When I called Truist customer service they said she never put my name in for it. They run these specials for people to sign up a new account with them and then they do not pay you. Do not trust this bank! This is the worst experience I have had after dealing with banks for over fifty years!
