I’ve never been in a bank where the employees were chewing gum. I’m not a Karen, just sayin. Bank personnel should be trained to help when tellers are busy and there is a line of customers.

Not only did they not spell my last name correctly, they didn’t believe my ID was real because I’m from out of state. I just moved here for a job. I came in to withdraw money and found out my account has been closed and the lady who opened it for me gave me a weird look and not even a Hello and just said the account is closed. Horrible customer service and just an overall terrible bank. I went to a different bank same day and had no issues. Save yourself a headache and bank somewhere else.
